Batteries, fans and other components do fail, and, without regular maintenance, could go unchecked and compromise your system. A planned program of maintenance should always be considered as an essential part of your standby power system. 

All TSE maintenance packages can include the following:- 

24/7 engineer availability 
24/7 telephone support 
Response time to site of 2, 4, 8 hours, or next working day 
A full Planned Preventative Maintenance Visit (in or out of hours) 
All call out and repair labour 
Replacement parts 
Remote monitoring 
Planned battery replacement 

Our service maintenance agreements include all the following:- 

Environmental checks 
Electrical Installation 
Electro Mechanical checks 
UPS Operation and Functionality 
Battery Assessments and discharge tests (Impedance testing as an option) 
Recommendations for remedial actions and/or upgrades 
Electronic copy of all reports 
We have three levels of maintenance contract. 

Maintenance Options 

STANDARD 
All parts, labour and travelling will be chargeable. 
 
ENHANCED 
The same as STANDARD but all call out labour is included. 
 
ULTIMATE 
The same as ENHANCED but all parts are included. 
 
TSE are able to buy our spare parts direct from the manufacturer as well as attending comprehensive training for our engineers
